   Seared lemon basil sea scallops with heirloom tomato, strawberry salad

     Paired with Left Coast Pinot Gris!

     Grilled Gaucho steak with chimichurri and polenta.

     Paired with a beautiful Tempranillo, Rioja Crianza

     Finished with caramelized stone fruits with Dulce de Leche!
